leading tech for canada's largest student-run hackathon — 700+ participants. i architect the qhacks dashboard for admin + hacker registration with live event data, plus the qhacks.io site, all the way down to auth, hosting, and deploy pipelines. stack: typescript, react, tailwind, fastapi, postgres, prisma, next.js.

shipping software for 1k+ cs students at queen's. built the admin panel for room booking + blocking and a responsive academics hub with tutoring, exam prep, resources, and team profiles. currently building an ai-powered academic assistant and a react native app bringing compsa events, resources, and tools to mobile.

react native dev shipping cross-platform mobile features in agile sprints. typescript and css for performance, figma for ui/ux prototyping, and backend + schema design on the side — full-stack across every feature, with a focus on clean integration between frontend and backend.

rebuilt the queen's game dev club site end-to-end. shipped the game jam page and a projects showcase with dropdown filters and detail views for past winners, then overhauled the rest of the site for responsiveness, speed, and modern ui — header, footer, nav, the works. react, node, figma → prod.

wrote c++ firmware for queen's cubesat onboard computer using nasa's f´ framework. designed i2c comms between the raspberry pi and comms microchip to cut wiring complexity, then hardened the link across 100+ test messages before flight. also researched fprime + i2c protocols to improve cross-subsystem data reliability.

ran weekly 1:1 tutoring for high school students in math and cs. built lesson plans around each student's gaps, walked through problem sets, and prepped them for unit tests and finals. watching the "oh i get it now" moment hit never got old.
